We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud Data Architect to join our team and support exciting international projects. This role combines hands-on architecture with solution design and pre-sales activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients while designing modern cloud data platforms.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions, support new business opportunities, and guide customers through their cloud transformation journey. If you enjoy solving complex data challenges and taking ownership from solution design through delivery handover, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing Design end-to-end data and analytics solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Support pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, and proposal development Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud data platforms Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams during new business opportunities Define solution architecture, estimations, and implementation approaches Advise clients on data modernization, analytics, AI, and cloud transformation initiatives Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout the solutioning process Support project transition from pre-sales into deliveryRequirementsWhat We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Cloud Data Solutions Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform Excellent understanding of modern data platform architectures Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within international teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentTechnical Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and LookerExperience designing modern data platforms, including data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, data migration, and real-time/batch processing solutionsUnderstanding of data governance, security, and cloud optimization principlesExperience with AI/ML or GenAI solutions on GCP is a plusKnowledge of Google Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect certifications is an advantagePrevious experience in consulting, managed services, enterprise cloud transformations, or technical pre-sales is highly valuedBenefitsWhat We Offer Opportunity to work on large-scale international cloud transformation projects Hybrid or remote working opportunities (depending on project requirements) Competitive compensation package Professional development and certification support Exposure to the latest Google Cloud technologies Collaborative international environment Long-term career opportunities
