French-speaking HR Specialist - Hays Hungary Kft. - Budapest,

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a French-speaking HR Specialist in Budapest with hybrid working setup.

Main responsibilities:

Act as the contact person for employees and managers in France

Manage HR processes and handle HR queries efficiently and accurately

Collaborate with local French HR colleagues to ensure smooth support

Prepare HR reports and presentations

Support the onboarding and daily work of junior colleagues

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR or business field

Fluency in French and English

2-4 years' experience in HR environment

Strong familiarity with French labour law

Excellent communication and organisational skills
