Coordinate and support the full lifecycle of strategic projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful delivery. Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and risks, providing timely updates and proactively addressing potential issues. Facilitate effective collaboration across departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient project execution. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cross-functional cooperation. Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices across the organization. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Provide training, knowledge transfer, and handover support to operational teams and key users when required. Elvárások Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a dedicated PMO or project governance role. Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments. Previous experience in the logistics industry is strongly preferred. PMP certification is considered a strong advantage. Professional working proficiency in English is required; Chinese language skills are considered a strong advantage. Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
