Strategic BuyerLocation:Komárom Esztergom county(hybrid working available)Your new roleWe are looking for an experienced Strategic Buyerto join an international procurement organisation supporting multiple European manufacturing sites. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end purchasing activities related to new product launches, working closely with engineering, quality and supplier partners.Key responsibilities-Managing procurement activities related to assigned product programs-Coordinating RFQ processes with a focus on quality, cost, delivery, technical specifications and supplier status-Organising and following up technical discussions between engineering teams and suppliers-Preparing detailed cost comparisons and making supplier selection recommendations-Organising and documenting APQP meetings-Ensuring timely and cost-effective availability of supplier samples for production-Supporting the resolution of supplier-related issues to meet program targetsWhat you’ll need to succeed-Degree in a relevant technical, economic or engineering field-Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic purchasing within the automotive industry-Confident, business-level-English communication and negotiation skills-Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented, proactive approach-Ability to work independently with a results-driven attitudeWhat you’ll get in return-Flexible working hours with-home office opportunity-Additional annual leave from the start of employment-Competitive compensation package including:-Annual bonus-Cafeteria allowance-Travel cost reimbursement-Additional employee benefitsWhat you need to do nowIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your English CV.
