Shopping Cart Management: Process purchasing requests by accurately inputting data into our internal webshop.

Data Entry & Verification: Record vendor details, quotes, and delivery dates with high precision to trigger Purchase Order (PO) creation.

Helpdesk Support: Resolve purchasing-related tickets and guide users through the "click to buy" system.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Controlling, and IT.

Process Improvement: Provide proactive feedback to help shape and optimize the workflows of this brand-new team.
