We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager who is not only passionate about sales but also excited about building a new market from the ground up.Our client is a rapidly growing industrial manufacturing company that is launching its operations in the Romanian market. To support this expansion, we are seeking a professional with strong knowledge of the local business environment, an established network of relevant business contacts, and the ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships.If you have previous experience working in the Romanian market, currently manage Romanian clients, or possess an existing network that can serve as the foundation for market expansion, this opportunity could be an excellent fit for you.FeladatokDrive and support the company's strategic market expansion in Romania. Leverage existing business relationships to generate new opportunities and establish long-term partnerships. Identify, acquire, and develop key B2B customers. Independently prepare for and conduct business negotiations. Monitor market opportunities, competitors, and industry trends. Prepare quotations and contracts while coordinating the sales process. Provide management with market intelligence and business development recommendations. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events.ElvárásokSeveral years of experience in B2B sales and/or business development. Proven experience working with Romanian customers or selling within the Romanian market. An established network of business contacts in Romania is considered a strong advantage. A proactive, hunter mindset combined with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Professional working proficiency in both Romanian and English; knowledge of Hungarian is an advantage. Excellent negotiation, networking, and business development skills. Strategic thinking, a self-driven attitude, and a results-oriented approach.
