Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for an English-speaking Order Management Specialist in Budapest with a hybrid working set up.

Responsibilities:

Processing orders to ensure high customer satisfaction

Examining customer orders, ensuring efficient order entry

Checking if purchase order details are correct

Communicating with customer executives regarding the orders in questions

Resolving order and invoice queries

Requirements:

High school diploma

Fluency in English

1–3 years' experience in order management or sales

Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Office

Excellent communication and organisational skills
