Senior Payroll Coordinator - Hays Hungary Kft. - Budapest,

A new opportunity is open at our partner, a global company operating in Budapest, for a motivated individual to join their Payroll team.

Main Responsibilities

End to end payroll processing in cooperation with external payroll providers

Payroll data entry and validation (new hires, terminations, bonuses, deductions, garnishments)

Maintain payroll documentation and ensure record retention compliance

Act as key contact for payroll compliance and legislative topics

Daily collaboration with HR, project teams, and external providers

Act as escalation point for payroll issues and drive resolution

Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency

Participate in payroll related projects (analysis, reporting, clean up)

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or HR.

1–3 years of experience in payroll processing

Flueny in English and French 

Excellent MS Excel knowledge

Analytical skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
