Hays IT Contracting operates on a B2B engagement model. Our goal is to connect IT professionals with the most exciting and cutting-edge technology projects on the market. For our partner, we are currently looking for experts for the following project:

Duration: 18 months 

Start: As soon as possible 

Work setup: Full remote

Client: A low‑key orchestrator of global calm in moments of chaos, this company moves quietly behind the scenes where timing is everything and failure isn’t an option. It blends data, communication, and real‑time intelligence into something that feels almost like an invisible safety net. You rarely notice it until the world needs order restored in seconds.

Your responsibilities in the project:

Ensure the stable operation and reliability of voice and cloud platforms 

Support and troubleshoot VoIP systems (Asterisk, SIP)

Analyze and resolve system issues using logs and network diagnostic tools

Maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions

Support incident management and ongoing system improvements

What you need to succeed:

Minimum 5 years of experience operating Linux-based production systems and distributed cloud environments

Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, load balancing, CloudWatch)

Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and networking layers

Experience with CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and logging solutions

Openness to leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency, automation, and troubleshooting workflows.

Nice to have:

Experience with VoIP/SIP and Asterisk 

Knowledge of Terraform / Docker / Kubernetes 

Experience with tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, or sngrep 

Database (e.g., PostgreSQL) or REST API experience
