Supporting my team with complex escalation management, liaising with stakeholders on outstanding issues and taking ownership to close issues

Monitoring the quality and productivity of the team's processes

Drive the team towards implementing the strategic vision of the department in accordance with global directions, local standards, business requirements and supports the achievements of agreed targets

College/University degree

Upper-intermediate level English knowledge

Proficiency level Hungarian knowledge

Slovak or Czech language nice to have

5+ years of relevant CCEC experience

2+ years of leadership experience

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Great problem-solving, risk and escalation management skills

Experience in balancing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment to meet tight deadlines

Great at People Management and Performance management

Advanced MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and reporting skills
