Responsibilities:

Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and General Customer Service for Hungary

Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues

Taking ownership of the issue

Escalating contacts efficiently

Graduate/high school education

Native or advanced Hungarian language

Advanced Slovak/Czech

Intermediate English

Experience in Customer Service is an advantage

Basic Computer Skills

Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
